Provide the team with necessary tools, resources to enhance their skills and knowledge. Ensure everyone feels supported and respected. CPD programs on various skills from time to time works well.
Lead by example: Leaders own behavior sets the example for the rest of the team to create a school culture. Demonstrating healthy, positive attitude, effectiveness in improving academics, overall holistic development of students and teachers shows the priorities of a leader.
Be proactive in addressing any stress or burnout issues with the team.
Positive feedback and appreciation for success stories are very effective tools to keep team motivated and work consistently for preparing future PDCA cycles (Plan Do Check Act).
