Commemorating the World Heritage Day, 18th April 2024
Institutional Heads may nominate students from Post-Primary to Post Doctoral Levels for being recognized as Heritage Futurists on the forthcoming commemoration of the 60th anniversary of Venice Charter on 31st of May.
The nominated ones would have to choose a UNESCO World Heritage Site in India (Existing/Proposed) from the long list below, go to the resource material on the link therein, and prepare a power-packed proposal in the spirit of being a Heritage Futurist - a heritage maker producing new heritage through Creative Destruction & Transformation of the existing place/idea to remain relevant, adapting the heritage place/idea to contemporary or futuristic needs, going beyond nostalgia - elucidating the (current & future) value to the place or idea chosen.
They would have to Present this Proposal on the forthcoming commemoration of the 60th anniversary of Venice Charter on 31st of May and get recognized as a Heritage Futurist.
The name, email id, mobile number, grade and a brief recommendation note elucidating the potential of the nominated candidate as a Heritage Futurist along with the payment reference of the participation fee of ₹ 1964 paid through https://razorpay.me/@rethinkindia can be emailed to editor@rethinkindia.in.
